Special Winter holidays!

Flachau is almost unbeatable during the winter months. The warm-hearted and sincere hospitality of the local people as well as the atmosphere of a Ski World Cup venue make the village in the Ennspongau region a unique experience.

1) Skiing and snowboarding
Our apartment houses are located close to the cable cars and ski lifts in Flachau. Flachau beckons with an unlimited skiing and snowboarding experience: pisted and unpisted, no matter what your ability – fun is guaranteed!
The cable cars and ski lifts are easy to reach using the free ski buses, which run regularly and stop directly outside the house.

Our guests receive a 20% discount on ski rental and ski service and our ski depots located directly next to the ski lift can be used free of charge by guests renting their skiing equipment.

2) Cross-country skiing
The 150 km Tauern trail can be accessed directly from our apartment houses, making them the ideal starting point for both classic cross-country skiing and skating technique.
The high trail on the Roßbrand mountain and the Gnadenalm trail 10 km away guarantee reliable snow conditions until late spring.

3 ) Fun and entertainment
The Ski World Cup venue Flachau offers a host of activities as part of a diversified winter sports programme, from sledding to a Bavarian curling match to ice skating or a day in the Amadé Water Park.
Those looking for something new can take a cultural day trip to the nearby city of Salzburg or visit one of the numerous museums or exhibitions in the area - see also "Summer".
