Here you will find a brief summary of the most important information for a holiday in our apartment houses.

How to find us

Haus Sonnfeld:
Leave the Tauern Motorway A10 at the Flachau exit (no.66). The motorway exit leads to a roundabout, where you take the first exit towards "GEMEINDEAMT" Flachau (Town Hall). Follow this road for approx. 700 metres. After a sharp bend to the left (90°) you will see Haus Sonnfeld on the right-hand side.
Familien-Reiterhof, the horse farm:
Drive past Haus Sonnfeld and continue on the same road for about 600 metres. The road leads to a junction. Turn left and, immediately after the traffic lights, take the first driveway on the right-hand side leading to the horse farm.

Haus Bliem:
Leave the Tauern Motorway A 10 at the Flachau exit (no. 66). At the first roundabout, take the second exit towards WAGRAIN. Continue for about 500 metres to the second roundabout, where you take the third exit towards the Space Jet ski lift. Haus Bliem is the first house on the right-hand side.

USEFUL ADVICE:
In case of traffic jams, especially during the summer months, leave the motorway at the Bischofshofen exit. Drive to St. Johann; from St. Johann to Wagrain and from Wagrain to Flachau following the signposts. Coming from Wagrain, take the first exit at the roundabout next to the Space Jet ski lift. Haus Bliem is located on the right-hand side.
To travel to the Reiterhof, instead of taking the first exit to Haus Bliem, take the third exit at the same roundabout next to the Space Jet ski lift towards Altenmarkt. You will reach Reitdorf after approx. 800 metres. The Reiterhof is in the centre of Reitdorf. Turn left into the driveway just before the traffic lights.
To get to Haus Sonnfeld you turn left at the junction in the centre of Reitdorf. After approx. 600 metres you will find Haus Sonnfeld on the left-hand side. By choosing this alternative route you will save about three hours of travelling time.

Flachau beckons with three adventure sports centres.

Culture:
Those interested in culture can buy the SalzburgerLand Card. This is a marvellous offer as it includes free or discounted admission to all sights in the Salzburger Land and one day sightseeing in the town of Salzburg. Destinations for day trips in the close vicinity are the Hallein salt mine, the Lichtenstein gorge, Großglockner mountain, the city of Salzburg , the largest ice caves on earth at the Eisriesenwelt, the Hohenwerfen fortress and many more. Check-in time:
Regular check-in time is from 3pm until 8pm. If you are arriving before or after these hours, please let us know by calling 0043 6457 3300.

Payment:
You can make a bank transfer before arrival or pay in cash during your stay. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash cards or credit cards.

Cleaning:
Cleaning services during the week are not included in the price of the final clean-up. We are happy to lend you a vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. Dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and refuse bags are not included in the price.
Washing and drying facilities:
In Haus Sonnfeld we provide a washing machine and a tumble dryer (both coin-operated) for all our guests.

Baby/toddler facilities:
We are happy to supply baby/toddler facilities free of charge for our guests. We will provide you with a cot with accessories and, depending on what you need, a highchair, a baby's changing mat, nappy disposal facilities and a bottle warmer. Please let us know that you are travelling with a baby or a toddler when making the reservation and we will make sure that we provide you with a cot and accessories. Further equipment is available upon request.

Bed linen and towels:
One set of towels in the apartment and one change of towels during the week are included in the price.

Telephone
In Haus Sonnfeld the apartments are equipped with telephones from which you can make and receive calls. In the Familien-Reiterhof and in Haus Bliem there are no telephones.

Horse riding
We are happy to lend you riding helmets free of charge. To go on horseback, you need sturdy shoes and a pair of long trousers. Riding boots and jodhpurs are not obligatory.

Ski rental
We have an in-house ski rental where our guests receive a 20% discount. On the website www.sportimort.at you can pre-book skis and get general information.

Ski buses
Directly outside the house there is a ski bus stop. The ski buses run every 20 minutes and it takes approx. three minutes to reach the skiing area Flachau-Wagrain-St.Johann. The ski bus for the skiing area Zauchensee-Flachauwinkel-Kleinarl stops outside the house as well and it runs approx. every 20 minutes.
Cross-country skiing
The cross-country ski trail can be accessed directly from our apartments and leads to Altenmarkt/Radstadt, Flachau/Flachauwinkel, Höch Castle and Wagrain. The trail is also ideal for a pleasant walk.

Shop opening hours
In winter shops are open until 6pm on Saturdays and from 3pm until 6pm on Sundays.
In summer shops are open until 5pm on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.
Close by there is an Edeka supermarket and a Penny discount supermarket. A pharmacist, a Billa supermarket and clothes shops are located in Altenmarkt, 2.5 km away. The discount supermarket Hofer (Aldi) is in Radstadt, 5 km away.
